BridgeHaus Strategies will meet with your leadership team to understand the structure and overall goal of the organization.

We will also determine which program your organization is interested in. Each program requires a one-year commitment.

  • Once-a-week program

  • Once every other week program

  • Once-a-month program

During this meeting we will also perform a brief leadership training exercise with your team.

Why a full year?

One year will provide BridgeHaus Strategies and your organization with a full scope of information. Changes throughout the year such as busy times, weather, and other factors will help BridgeHaus provide solutions that can combat these variables that may create challenges with morale or productivity. This timeline will also allow a BridgeHaus representative to build strong relationships and trust with your employees. This trust will provide real, and beneficial information that will be important to your organization’s future workforce success. It will help you establish an atmosphere that will retain quality employees and help attract and develop a future workforce.

The company will make an announcement to the entire organization explaining they have hired BridgeHaus Strategies and their representative to help develop and maintain a productive and enjoyable work atmosphere. In the announcement, the representative will introduce themselves and make it clear that they will be on-site and will be available to converse about employee experiences within the company. We will be the bridge between employees and leadership, and we will have the ear of leadership.

The purpose of this step is to create an understanding as to who the representative is and why they are getting to know individuals within the organization. This will help develop rapport and trust over time.

The BridgeHaus representative will begin the program by making on-site visits to your organization on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. They will begin by introducing themselves to employees and developing relationships over time. Throughout the program, we will work to understand your employee’s roles within the organization, their goals, their concerns, and also what they enjoy about the organization and its structure. This may include the following:

  • One-on-one conversations

  • 15-minute coffee break group sessions (dual purpose)

    • Group feedback

    • Relationship building within your organization

  • Positive feedback and strength recognition

BridgeHaus Strategies will provide quarterly reports to leadership and an overall final report at the end of the agreement year. These reports will provide leadership with feedback, both positive and negative. They will include suggestions and considerations related to employee feedback, that should maintain or improve the culture and work atmosphere of the organization. These reports may also include development and employee growth opportunities. All information will be confidential and no employee names with be directly associated with feedback.

Your organization will determine how to proceed with the information and suggestions provided by BridgeHaus Strategies. Your organization can take small steps or make large changes. This program is designed to bring human interaction back into the equation; no surveys, just simple relationship building.
