Charles Hauser, Principal

Charles Hauser, Principal of BridgeHaus Strategies has over 20 years of business, community relations, association management, team building, and legislative experience. At the age of 15, Charles began his work career as a bus boy at Bob Evans. This first professional experience began the strategic thinking, customer-focused, and team-building mindset he still uses today. Over the years Charles would move on to captain several sports teams, where he was picked by his peers to lead the team. He would have the fortunate experience of working at Dow Chemical, a global Fortune 500 company, followed by the opportunity to grow a trade association as Vice President of Associated Builders and Contractors, Greater Michigan Chapter.

As a lifelong entrepreneur, he has also pursued his own business endeavors as former President of Hauser Innovations where he invented, produced, marketed, and sold his product nationwide. Most recently he served as the spokesperson, community and legislative advocate, and educator as Community Relations Manager at Granger Waste Services, a growing multigenerational family business. Charles earned his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University in 2009 and has since continued his professional development, as he believes continued education keeps the mind fresh. He holds a certificate in project management from Davenport University, is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified through Purdue University, recently finish a Leadership Principles Certification through Harvard Business School and is enrolled in The Carnegie Leadership Training for Results: Unleash Talent in Others Certification program.

Charles is the current Chair of Ele’s Place Community Board along with his involvement with several other boards and committees. He resides in Grand Ledge, Michigan with his wife Tiffany and two young children.
